Sale of alcohol comes under the Hall’s Premises Licence and you will be asked either to sign an Agreement to use the Hall’s own Licence, or to apply to the local authority for a Temporary Event Licence (TEN).
- It is important that all hirers read carefully the Conditions of Hire, sent out with booking forms
- The deposit cheque is required as security against any damage. This will be held until after the hire date and destroyed provided terms and conditions are met.
- The main hall is licensed to hold no more than 130 people seated in rows and 120 people seated at tables.
- Parish residents means those hirers who are resident in the Parish of Barcombe and for whose benefit the booking is being made.
Bookings for weddings in 2023 will be taken from January 2022
