From bespoke Wedding receptions to Children’s birthday parties, charity fundraisers, family celebrations, exhibitions, yoga retreats, dance and singing workshops Barcombe Village Hall can accommodate your event.
The main hall and stage can be used as a single split-level room ideal for a band or disco or, with the aid of sound-proof stage doors, as two separate function rooms for an exhibition with additional quiet talks.
Weddings:
The halls amazing views are the backdrop to your day. Have a blessing outside on the lawn, play games outside with a cold drink, have a sit-down meal with friends and family and finish your day with music and dancing.
The Wedding Package includes the use of the entire building for 48hrs from Friday at 1:00pm until Sunday at 1:00pm.
Wedding Hire Package for 2025 = £1250.00 + £200.00 refundable deposit.
Workshops and Retreats:
The hall is perfect for a workshop or retreat with fantastic views and facilities. Space for 25.
Hire fee is £19.00 per hour.

Exhibitions:
The flexibility of the space is ideal for exhibitions or information days. Have the room split so you can hold separate events in the main hall and stage room or use the room with the stage doors open. With the kitchen serving tea and cake.
Hire fee for the use of the main hall and stage room = £31.50 per hour.
Children’s Parties:
Our party package includes the main hall, kitchen and outside space for a minimum 4 hours at weekends. Hire a bouncy castle from Bouncehire Lewes or an entertainer or have some fun old fashioned party games. While the birthday tea is prepared in the kitchen.
